So I just picked up two clean ATK's for $400! One is a ATK/Honda XR conversion and the other is an early 560.
I was wondering if you could help me figure out what year the 560 is so I can get it licensed? It has a rear drum brake and inverted forks so I'm guessing it is an 84 model--what do you think? What are your thoughts on this motor? It doesn't seem to have any compression so a piston and rings may be in order...
I'm new to the Rotax 4strokes, but I can't wait to get these going! |

| Congrats on the find. I have a 92 604 which is the same engine as the 560. As far as years go the 560 is prolly a 84 or 85 being the only years that had rear drum. |

I got the 600 running well and it rips! Lots of fun  I love the ATK chassis over the Honda it is very predictable and nimble in comparison.
